Send job Job Details Job DescriptionJob Description Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Key Qualifications:
Valid Special Education teaching license or eligibility to obtain licensure Experience or demonstrated skill in working with PK-5 students in a special education setting Strong communication and collaborative skills to work with a multidisciplinary team Knowledge of individualized education plans (IEPs) and progress monitoring strategies Genuine passion for fostering student growth, inclusion, and development
Primary Responsibilities:
Deliver specialized instruction and adapt lessons to meet the diverse needs of PK-5 students with varying abilities Develop, implement, and update Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in collaboration with other educators and families Collaborate with general education teachers, paraprofessionals, and support staff to facilitate an inclusive classroom environment Collect and analyze data to monitor student progress and inform instructional decisions Communicate regularly with families to share updates, resources, and student successes Maintain organized, up-to-date records and comply with all requirements for documentation and reporting
