Responsibilities include providing one-on-one and small group instructional support aligned with IEPs, assisting with classroom management, implementing behavior support plans, and supporting students' academic and personal needs in a safe and inclusive learning environment. The position requires collaboration with staff, maintaining confidentiality, and a strong commitment to supporting diverse learners. This position could potentially be combined with another part-time paraprofessional position to create a full-time position.
