Your primary role will center on delivering differentiated instruction and behavioral support to students in grades 9-12. You'll take the lead in creating a positive, inclusive classroom environment, working closely with general education colleagues and supportive staff. Key Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Special Education or a related field (Master's degree preferred) Valid Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with LBS1 endorsement Solid understanding of

IDEA, FAPE, IEP

development, and behavior intervention strategies Proven experience working with students with a range of disabilities, including learning, emotional, and developmental needs Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and families Familiarity with assistive technology and inclusive education practices is a plus
