Where is the work:
Monday to Thursday, work onsite with your colleagues. Fridays, choose your work location, balancing what your work requires. What's in it for you: Leverage strong understanding of U.S. benefits and wellness program offerings to support U.S. benefit & wellness program engagement through communication (technical writing), collaboration (U.S. Wellness Champion Network), design, implementation, and program/vendor management. • This position bridges critical SME administrative responsibilities (Technical Writing) and wellness program management acting as the U.S. Wellness Lead (project and vendor management, local site support, consulting and program design responsibilities). This position reports to the U.S. Benefits Leader and is located in Davidson, NC What you will do: Ensure compliance with government requirements regarding the communication of plan materials, across all our U.S. and Puerto Rico benefits plans. Coordinates with the critical internal stakeholders, including the US Benefits Leader, Legal, HR Solutions and Labor Relations. Draft and maintain required compliance materials including Summary Plan Descriptions (SPD), and Summary of Benefits & Coverages (SBC) as required. Establish and maintain a centralized repository of SPDs and other related benefit materials, that is accessible to other benefit team members and key stakeholders. Serve as the U.S. Wellness Lead to manage and support policies and programs to promote the physical, mental, and financial health and well-being for employees at Trane Technologies to help them thrive at work and at home. Partner with the Global Wellness Leader to develop, implement, and administer U.S. wellness program offerings and oversee the promotion and communication of offerings to teammates under our three wellness pillars and in alignment with the Global Wellness strategy. Manage core U.S. Wellness program offerings, including vendor relationships and administrative requirements with internal stakeholders. Oversee and lead the U.S. Wellness Champions network including preparing the agenda and materials for monthly meetings. Coordination with Global Wellness Leader, for the completion and submission of surveys and questionnaires regarding the wellness program, from various external entities. Provide guidance and expertise to understand business and employee needs, identify and evaluate solution alternatives and collaborate with stakeholders to formalize recommendations and effectively implement solutions with internal and external stakeholders.What you will bring:
A thorough understanding of benefit plans and the ability to decipher plan documents and communicate the effectively across all levels. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Strong cross-functional collaboration skills (Legal, Corporate Benefits, Corporate Communications, Labor Relations, HR Services) A keen focus on deadlines and key deliverable dates; adherence to all timelines required to comply with government regulations. Experience with project management (timelines, budget, vendor management). Experience with program implementation, communication & engagement tactics • Experience working with diverse populations Excellent interpersonal relationship and written, oral & presentation communication skills.
