Job Description
- I. Job Summary
- Serves as process compliance expter for the entire corporation for Drug and Alcohol Testing Programs and Driver Qualification files.
- II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- + Primary contact for management of Company Motor Vehicle Reports (MVRs) and California Employer Pull Notice (CA EPN) program.
- III. Supervisory Responsibilities

Education:
Bachelor's Degree (accredited) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or similar area of study, High School Diploma or GED (accredited) and four (4) years of relevant work experience. +Experience:
Three (3) years of relevant experience in role where management of employee data / reports for multiple items has been a key function (in addition to education requirement) required. Three (3) years in the areas of hiring and using vendor systems, DOT/FMSCA compliance and I-9 compliance preferred. B. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations or Other Requirements Human Resources/Professional in Human Resources (PHR)-HRCI C.Other Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Required:
Advanced level computer skills in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel and PowerPoint)Preferred:
Oracle ORC or Oracle HCM; Strong attention to detail and follow up/follow throughPay:
- The expected base pay range for this position across the US is $62,200 - $82,200. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific salary offered to a successful candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate's relevant experience, education, training, certifications, qualifications, and work location.
