Job Description:
Soliant is seeking a dedicated and passionate Speech-Language Pathologist to join our school-based team in Easton, CT and surrounding areas. This position offers flexibility for both full-time and part-time schedules and is available for Extended School Year (June-July) and/or the 2026-2027 school year. The ideal candidate will support students with a variety of speech, language, and communication needs while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure student success.
Responsibilities:
Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services to students in a school setting Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals Conduct assessments and maintain accurate documentation of student progress Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to promote carryover of skills Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student success planning
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Active state licensure or eligibility ASHA CCCs preferred, but Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply Speech-Language Pathology Assistants will also be considered Previous school-based experience preferred but not required
