Role:

• As a Speech-Language Pathologist (ASHA-Certified) at Florence Rehabilitation and Wellness Center, you will play a vital role in our multidisciplinary team, dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care and rehabilitation services.

• Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to identify communication and swallowing disorders
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, incorporating evidence-based practices
• Provide speech and language therapy services to patients across the lifespan, from pediatric to geriatric populations
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including physiatrists, occupational therapists, and physical therapists, to ensure comprehensive care
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives, staying current with best practices and research
• Maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to ASHA and professional standards
