Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for helping patients improve their communication abilities, particularly in pediatric populations. As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and related disorders, ensuring each patient receives tailored therapy in a supportive environment. This is a full or part time position Duties Conduct thorough patient assessments to identify speech, language, and swallowing disorders. Develop individualized treatment plans aligned with patient needs and clinical best practices. Provide speech therapy interventions for pediatric patients, including early intervention strategies. Collaborate with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to support patient progress. Maintain accurate documentation of patient evaluations, progress notes, and treatment outcomes. Utilize current medical terminology and physiology knowledge to inform therapy approaches. Stay informed about advancements in speech therapy techniques and early intervention methodologies. Qualifications Valid licensure or certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist in the relevant jurisdiction. Prior experience working with pediatric populations and school settings is highly desirable. Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology related to speech and swallowing disorders. Experience conducting patient assessments and developing effective therapy plans. Knowledge of early intervention principles and best practices for pediatric care. Excellent communication skills for engaging with patients, families, and team members. Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive patient care.
