Our team works closely with families to support early communication, social interaction, and developmental growth during the most critical years of brain development. We provide services in natural environments and collaborate with families to help children develop communication skills within everyday routines. Position Overview Early Stages Enterprises is seeking a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to provide speech and language therapy services for infants and toddlers with developmental delays under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist. This role focuses on early communication development and supporting caregiver implementation of strategies to promote language growth. Services are provided in home and clinic settings depending on family needs and preferences. This is a W2 position offering flexible scheduling. Responsibilities Provide speech and language therapy services under the supervision of a licensed SLP Implement treatment plans developed by the supervising SLP Work with infants and toddlers (ages 0-3) in home and/or clinic settings Support caregivers in using communication strategies during daily routines Collect session data and maintain accurate documentation Communicate regularly with supervising SLP regarding client progress Participate in supervision and follow all guidelines for SLPA practice Qualifications Active California SLPA license Experience working with infants, toddlers, or young children preferred Knowledge of early language development and developmental milestones Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to follow treatment plans and work under supervision Comfortable providing services in both home and clinic settings Reliable transportation for in-home services Compensation $47 per hour Schedule Part-time or Full-time position Flexible scheduling based on availability Benefits (for eligible employees) Health benefits including 24/7 telehealth virtual care access Thrive Employee Assistance Program (EAP) CalSavers Retirement Program Mileage reimbursement Location Services are provided in home and clinic settings based on family preference.
