Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Step into an exciting contract opportunity delivering speech-language pathology services to K-12 students for the 2026-2027 academic year. This role is perfect for professionals passionate about making a positive impact and eager to bring specialized skills to educational environments. Bring your expertise to a setting where you'll work with approximately 60-70 students across two campuses, collaborating closely with educators, families, and support staff to help each student find their voice.
Qualifications and Experience:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Hold ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) Valid and active SLP license (or eligibility to obtain) for the state Experience supporting a K-12 student population preferred Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills Previous experience with diverse caseloads, including various speech, language, and communication needs
Responsibilities:
Conduct evaluations, develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and implement targeted therapy for students Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student growth Maintain accurate records in line with district and state requirements Travel between two assigned sites as scheduled Utilize evidence-based strategies to improve student communication, articulation, and social language skills Offer guidance and resources to staff and families regarding speech and language development Benefits of this
