Speech Language Pathologist in Rosamond, CA ProCare Therapy - 3.9 Rosamond, CA Job Details Contract $45.53 - $72.53 an hour Qualifications Master's degree in speech-language pathology (SLP) Master's degree Speech-Language Pathology License Full Job Description Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Make a meaningful impact supporting students' communication growth with a dynamic elementary caseload in a school-based setting. This contract opportunity is perfect for a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist who thrives working with diverse learners and values collaboration with educational teams. As the SLP for this role, you will manage a caseload of approximately 60 elementary students (Transitional Kindergarten through 5th grade), whose needs span from general education to moderate/severe. Candidates should be comfortable providing the full spectrum of speech and language services—ranging from direct therapy to conducting assessments and contributing to the development and monitoring of IEPs. What you'll bring: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Active ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) Previous experience in a school setting or with pediatric populations highly valued Confidence delivering direct speech/language therapy, implementing IEPs, and conducting comprehensive assessments Flexibility in addressing a wide range of speech and language needs, from mild to significant Excellent communication and organizational skills CTC credential preferred, not required Your responsibilities will include: Delivering individualized and group speech therapy for an average caseload of 60 students Completing thorough speech/language evaluations and writing corresponding reports Collaborating with teachers, support staff, and families to promote students' success Participating in IEP meetings and helping to design data-driven, student-centered goals Maintaining timely and accurate documentation If you're passionate about making a difference and eager to work with an elementary population in a supportive school setting, this contract opportunity is for you.
