Job description Exceptional Rehab is seeking a Part time and a PRN Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) at Park View located in Edgerton, OH About Us Exceptional Rehab, located within the warm and welcoming at Park View facility, is dedicated to delivering high-quality, compassionate therapy services to individuals in need of rehabilitative care. We focus on improving the quality of life for our residents through personalized, attentive care and fostering a supportive, team-oriented environment. Position Overview We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Part time and PRN Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team. The SLP will provide evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment for speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders. The ideal candidate will be passionate about helping residents achieve their fullest potential while collaborating with a skilled team of therapists and healthcare professionals. Responsibilities Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and swallowing disorders. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on resident goals and needs. Provide patient and family education to support continuity of care. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate optimal patient care. Document resident progress, treatment, and any necessary updates accurately. Qualifications Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program. Current state licensure or eligibility for state licensure. Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred. Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting is a plus but not required. Strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills.
