Job Description
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Key Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology and active SLP-CCC credentials Prior experience in school environments, especially with middle and high school populations, is highly desirable Knowledge of a broad spectrum of speech-related services, including direct therapy, IEP participation, and evaluations/assessments Ability to communicate effectively with students, families, and educational staff Organizational skills to manage caseload, documentation, and schedules efficientlyRole Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality, evidence-based speech-language therapy to students across middle and high school grade levels Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify students' speech and communication strengths and challenges Develop and implement individualized therapy plans aligned with students' IEPs Collaborate with teachers and multidisciplinary teams to support academic and social communication Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and required documentation in a timely manner Engage with families to support students' goals and ensure a holistic approach to care This full-time, contract opportunity offers 37.5 hours per week in a supportive school community that values professional expertise and the positive impact of speech services.
