Job Description

Category Schools - SLPA Job Type Contract Step into a dynamic school-based role supporting students' communication and language development during the academic year! This contract opportunity starts September 2, 2026, and concludes June 17, 2027, providing a consistent Monday through Friday schedule of 5 hours daily (with a 30-minute unpaid lunch), totaling 25 hours per week. Situated in a welcoming environment near Salem, NH, this position is ideal for skilled Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPA) looking to make a meaningful impact.
Desired Experience and Qualifications:
Current license or eligibility for licensure as an SLPA in the state Previous experience in a school, pediatric, or educational setting is highly valued Familiarity with implementing IEP (Individualized Education Program) goals and supporting diverse learners Strong interpersonal and communication abilities for collaborating with students, faculty, and families Ability to adapt activities and strategies under the guidance of a supervising Speech-Language Pathologist Strong organizational skills and reliability to manage small group and individual sessions
Key Responsibilities:
