Key Qualifications:
Valid SLPA license and eligibility to work in schools Previous experience in a school setting preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to adapt to new environments and collaborate across multidisciplinary teams
Core Responsibilities:
Support Speech-Language Pathologists in implementing therapy plans and student interventions Work directly with K-12 students to help them meet individualized communication goals Record and report student progress accurately and efficiently Participate in team meetings and contribute to student planning efforts Maintain compliance with school and state regulations
