Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Step into a rewarding contract opportunity as a school-based Speech-Language Pathologist. Your specialized support will help students build confidence, overcome challenges, and thrive academically and socially.
Qualifications & Experience:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) Valid state licensure as required Strong foundation in evaluation and evidence-based treatment of speech, language, and communication disorders Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills Prior experience in school or pediatric settings is preferred
Key Responsibilities:
Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech, language, voice, and fluency needs Provide direct therapy in individual and group settings, adapting methods to best support each student Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to integrate communication goals into the school environment Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and participate in IEP meetings as required Offer ongoing education and resources to families and school staff, fostering a supportive network Participate in professional development to maintain best practices and compliance with current standards This contract position offers a chance to work in a supportive educational atmosphere, where your skills are valued and your contributions help students achieve their potential.
