Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting elementary and pre-K students as a school-based Speech-Language Pathologist for the '26-'27 academic year. This onsite position offers the chance to make a significant difference, providing individualized and small-group interventions to a diverse student population. From the first day in August through the end of May, you'll work with a supportive team dedicated to student success. Your expertise in SLP services will shine as you support a caseload of approximately 50-60 students, providing both assessment and intervention tailored to each student's unique needs. You will actively participate in IEP meetings, handle Medicaid billing, and contribute to the development of functional, measurable goals that foster student communication and academic progress.
Desired Qualifications:
Current Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) licensure (SLP-CCC) required Experience working in schools, preferably with elementary and pre-K populations Strong understanding of IEP processes, Medicaid billing, and special education practices Demonstrated skill in delivering services in both 1:1 and small group formats Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Willingness to be onsite and collaborate within a multidisciplinary educational setting
Primary Responsibilities:
