Speech Therapist in Schnecksville, PA ProCare Therapy - 3.9 Schnecksville, PA Job Details Contract 1 day ago Qualifications Master's degree in speech-language pathology (SLP) Master's degree Speech-Language Pathology License Full Job Description Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Support the growth and development of young learners by bringing your expertise as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to this rewarding contract opportunity. Two skilled SLPs are sought to provide preschool early intervention services in Carbon County or Lehigh County, Pennsylvania. Embrace a dynamic environment with itinerant services and the flexibility to work across PreK-12, as assignments may shift with the school year.
Desired Qualifications:
Active Pennsylvania SLP license Valid PA educator credential (Instructional I or II) Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) Demonstrated experience in school-based and early intervention settings Adaptability to work with preschool through high school age groups Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver in-person speech-language therapy to preschool-age children, supporting early communication and developmental needs Provide itinerant services across multiple locations within Carbon and Lehigh Counties Adjust caseload and approach as assignments change from Early Intervention to school-age throughout the academic year Collaborate with educators, families, and support teams to create and implement effective Individual Education Plans (IEPs) Keep thorough records of student progress and maintain compliance with school and state guidelines Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and ongoing professional development This contract extends through the 2026-27 school year and follows an Early Intervention calendar (year-round).
