Sports Performance Youth Coach

About the Role We're looking for a high-energy, take-command coach who can own the floor, bring intensity, and push athletes to perform. Must have related degree/certifications - this is required! You'll lead fast-paced training sessions focused on speed, agility, and strength using our proven curriculum. No programming required. Just bring the coaching, presence, and energy. Schedule is firm - Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday 3:30 - 8:15 PM with option additional hours. What You'll Do Lead high-energy group training sessions Coach proper technique and drive performance Create a competitive, focused environment Track athlete progress and support development What We're Looking For Experience coaching youth or in a performance setting (required) Strong presence. You can lead a room and hold attention Related college or post high school experience + certifications (required!)
