Job Description
Cooperstown All Star Village Paid Summer 2026 Internship Must be willing to be located onsite at Cooperstown All Star Village in Oneonta, NY for the Summer Cooperstown All Star Village is America's only youth baseball resort — a world-class 12U tournament and family destination just outside Cooperstown, NY — and we're looking for a Videographer Intern to spend the summer behind the camera telling our story. You'll be the eyes of one of the most distinctive brands in youth sports — capturing walk-off home runs, Opening Day ceremonies, fireworks nights, the glove-shaped pool, and moments that families will replay for the rest of their lives. This is a hands-on, full-season role for a self-starter who lives and breathes content. You'll shoot, edit, and move fast to tournament-week deadlines, working closely with the Director of Marketing to shape how Cooperstown All Star Village shows up on social, digital, and brand channels.
What You'll Do Content Capture:
Film high-quality video across the Cooperstown All Star Village campus — game action, signature ceremonies, family activities, behind-the-scenes moments, and tentpole events including Opening Day, Fan Appreciation Day, fireworks, and Championship Day.Editing & Delivery:
Edit and deliver content across the full format spectrum — polished brand social video, social-first vertical content for Instagram and TikTok, weekly recap reels, and quick-turn iPhone videos.Player Experience Storytelling:
Capture the moments at the heart ofCooperstown All Star Village:
dugout reactions, skills competitions, Mom's Home Run Derby, the glove-shaped pool, and pin trading in the village.Strategy Collaboration:
Partner with the Director of Marketing on content strategy, weekly shot lists, and tournament-by-tournament priorities.Library Building:
Build and organize a deep, well-tagged library of footage that will serve the Cooperstown All Star Village brand for years to come.Creative Contribution:
Pitch ideas, spot stories, and help shape how Cooperstown All Star Village shows up across social, digital, and brand channels. Who You Are Demonstrated videography skills — fluent with camera equipment, lighting, and post-production software (Adobe Premiere preferred) Prior sports content or videography experience at the high school, college, club, agency, or professional level. Social-native instincts — you understand how content performs differently on TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube, and long-form brand channels, and you shoot and edit accordingly. A strong portfolio with reels, samples, or links that show range and craft. Self-starter mentality — tournament weeks move fast, and you spot the moment and capture it without waiting for direction. A creative eye for finding the story in small moments and bringing it to life on screen. Ability to manage long days and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment with real passion for sports storytelling.Bonus:
