Customer Service Representative

Premier Roofing is the leading source of roof replacements in central NY. We are a tight-knit, but quickly growing company, with a strong focus on customer service. In the Office Assistant position, you will be working closely with a passionate group of individuals in our Sidney, NY office, answering calls and performing other in-office tasks. This is a 1099 Contract Position. During the Peak season this position deals with high customer/call volume and potentially difficult customers

Responsibilities:

Answering incoming calls Responding to customer inquiries and providing information about our services Scheduling appointments and communicating with the team Recording and managing customer data in our CRM General administrative tasks as needed
