Job Description
Spray Finisher A growing luxury and design company in Bozeman, MT is seeking a Spray Finisher to join the team. This company works on custom design projects including fireplaces, elevators, and cabinets for their high-end clientele. They are seeking a skilled Spray Finisher for their Patina Department. This role is responsible for applying specialized patina finishes to metal surfaces using spray techniques, ensuring consistency, durability, and high-quality results that meet client and company standards. The ideal candidate has an eye for detail, strong technical skills, and a background in finishing, painting, or coatings.

Apply patina and spray finishes to metal surfaces, ensuring consistent color, tone, and texture Mix, prepare, and maintain finishing materials according to specifications Read and follow work orders, drawings, and finish specifications accurately Inspect finished pieces for quality and adherence to standards, correcting inconsistencies as needed Maintain spray booth, tools, and equipment in clean, safe, and working condition Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production deadlines while following all safety protocolsQualifications:
2+ years of experience in spray finishing, metal finishing, automotive painting, or a related field preferred Strong knowledge of spray application techniques, surface preparation, and quality control Skilled at identifying and correcting finish inconsistencies or defects Comfortable working with chemicals, solvents, and protective equipment safely Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment Ability to pass a pre-employment background screening Get in touch!
