Salary:

$85,000 – $100,000 (based on experience) Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Senior Buyer to join our team in a fully onsite role. This position plays a key role in managing supplier relationships, driving cost savings, and ensuring the timely procurement of materials to support manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate brings strong negotiation skills, a data-driven mindset, and hands-on experience with raw materials in a manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Source, negotiate, and procure raw materials and components to support production Build and maintain strong supplier relationships while driving performance improvements Lead pricing negotiations and contract discussions to achieve cost savings Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to supplier performance, cost, and delivery Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, production, and planning teams Analyze market trends and supply risks to support strategic purchasing decisions Ensure material availability aligns with production schedules Identify and implement process improvements within the procurement function Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of purchasing/buying experience, preferably in manufacturing Proven experience procuring raw materials Strong negotiation and vendor management skills Experience tracking and managing KPIs Demonstrated career progression and professional growth Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel What We're Looking For A strategic thinker with a hands-on approach Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, onsite environment A results-driven professional who can influence suppliers and internal stakeholders A candidate with a track record of continuous improvement and growth Benefits (customize as needed) Competitive salary Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off and holidays #
