Job Description
Sr. Financial Analyst -
Just as our customers find value in Apple products, the Finance group finds value for both Apple and its shareholders. As part of this group, youʼll play an integral role in ensuring our day- to-day financial health. The position will work cross-functionally with Retail Finance and GRS teams to support 300+ retail stores in AMR. Key driver of optimizing resources and productivity and managing largest Geo and opex contributor globally. The ideal candidate would have demonstrated the ability to: Understand and work with complex data sets, in order to drive insights and recommendations. Partner with and influence various groups, handle confidential information, and carry a very high level of responsibility and exposure. Description This is the go-to finance lead for forecasting and driving productivity and staffing levels in Apple Retail stores across the Americas. The role is responsible for analyzing the optimal resource levels across 300+ stores, considering customer experience, employee experience, spend and product demand. The role has a mix of weekly/quarterly responsibilities and project based / innovative time, including stores P&L reviews, outlier performance analyses, new store openings, and financial & strategic support for new programs across our stores. Responsibilities Leverage business acumen and analytics to identify performance improvement opportunities, and propose innovation solutions Collaborate with and influence cross-functional business partners to identify and solve operational challenges Communicate results of complex analyses and projects effectively to senior leaders Help to drive and make decisions that directly impact our stores performance Minimum Qualifications 5+ years of relevant finance experience Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field Preferred Qualifications Analytical thinker and quick learner with demonstrated problem solving skills Ability to apply new concepts and information to a dynamic business Demonstrated success managing multiple activities, projects and priorities in a dynamic, fast-growing, results-driven environment Independent and self-motivated Thrives as a member of a high-performing team Ability to build effective partnerships in a cross-functional organization Exhibits the highest standards of accuracy and organization skills Excellent oral and written communication skills, including executive level presentations Experience with visualization and analytical tools such as Tableau and Datakit a plus Pay & Benefits At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $137,900 and $207,300, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan. You'll also receive benefits including: Comprehensive medical and dental coverage, retirement benefits, a range of discounted products and free services, and for formal education related to advancing your career at Apple, reimbursement for certain educational expenses — including tuition.
