Job Description

What you'll do: Handle complex repairs and system issues Lead bigger jobs (HVAC, electrical, boilers, etc.) Help train and guide other techs Keep jobs efficient and done right the first time You're a good fit if: You're the guy others go to when things get complicated You can diagnose problems quickly You take ownership of your work
Requirements:
5+ years experience Strong HVAC, electrical, and plumbing knowledge EPA certification Leadership ability Why work here: You'll actually have authority (not just a title) Stable company with real workload Opportunity to move into management Apply if you want to lead and be respected for your skill
Pay:
$28.00 - $32.00 per hour
