Job Description
FRASLE MOBILITY
- Dacomsa is a international company that began operations as a merger of three automotive sector distributors. We are dedicated to providing solutions for the marketing and distribution of products for the automotive aftermarket, with the firm purpose of positioning ourselves as leaders in the industry. We serve the needs of the independent, export, and original equipment markets, with the independent market having the greatest impact on our operations. Research and analyze international and domestic markets to identify new opportunities and drive business growth with current clients and prospects. Maximize business opportunities with key accounts in the U.S., all aligned with the Quality Management System (QMS).Activities:
Identifies development potential in accounts by studying current business; identifying and evaluating additional customer's needs; analyzing sales opportunities. To identify new potential customers that can create value for the organization in a medium-long run without breaking the channels already established by the organization and the market. Meets or exceeds customer business plan objectives including annual top line sales forecast and Contribution Margin. Develops objectives, strategies and action plans for new products, existing product line development, new business opportunities and related pricing. Manages and provides support to existing customer accounts and develops strong customer relationship to position the company for future new business opportunities. Drives sales in current segments and in new segments with new customer's development. Provides advice to customers regarding product options, support to a partner's product requirements. Maintains knowledge of new and existing products, as well as report competitor activities and systems. Develops action plans and recommendations to meet or exceed customer expectations. Monitors expenses to ensure compliance with budget, policies and procedures. Participates in the development of annual sales plan, monthly sales forecast, sales budget and annual marketing plan as required. Participates in the development of new programs and products required by his/her customers or potential customers. Contributes information to sales strategies by evaluating current product results; identifying customer needs to be filled; monitor competitive products; analyzing trends and relaying customer reactions. Provides senior management with activity reports as required. Acts as the key interface between the customer and all relevant divisions of the company. Qualifications At least 5 years in a similar position. Experience in the automotive sector Availability to travel. Spanish skills (desirable) Excellent communication skills both oral and written. Proficiency using Microsoft Excel Proficiency using Power Point Automotive knowledge In compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and to complete the required employment eligibility verification form upon hire.Job Type:
