Job Title Sr. Supply Chain Customer Manager Job Description Your role: Continuously analyze customer feedback and evolving expectations to shape supply chain strategies and delivery outcomes. Ensure customer satisfaction through high OTIF performance and clearly supported recovery dates when service disruptions or backorders occur. Translate end‑to‑end supply chain strategies into actionable processes, policies, and governance that enable a responsive and adaptable operating model. Drive fundamental changes to supply chain practices to align with business growth and changing customer requirements. Identify and influence key value drivers across the end-to-end supply chain to improve overall performance, profitability, and service levels. Partner with cross‑functional stakeholders to break down silos and elevate operational excellence. Balance supply and demand through integrated planning, rigorous materials management, and logistics network optimization. Deliver competitive lead times and cost structures while maintaining quality and reliability standards. Lead the advancement of digital supply chain capabilities using real‑time visibility, data transparency, and analytics‑driven decision making. Embed continuous improvement into operations to strengthen performance, resilience, and long‑term scalability. You're the right fit if: You've acquired 6+ years of experience in end-to-end supply chain management, ideally within a regulated industry (e.g., medical devices or healthcare), and you have a strong understanding of logistics management and supply chain planning and have interacted directly with customers.
Your skills include:
Exceptional ability to lead by influence, driving results in a matrixed environment across manufacturing, planning, and logistics. Strong proficiency in using data analytics and digital tools to forecast demand and measure operational KPIs. A track record of converting customer feedback and working directly with customers on tangible operational improvements You have a bachelor's or master's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Supply Chain Management, Operations or similar fields of study. You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position. You're an excellent communicator, both written and verbal and possess dynamic presentation skills. How we work together We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company's facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company's main facilities, generally at the customers' or suppliers' locations. This is an office role. Philips Transparency Details The pay range for this position in PA is $121,000 to $193,000. The pay range for this position in MA is $136,000 to $216,000. The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity. In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
