- Perform accounts receivable and accounts payable reconciliations with accuracy and timeliness
- Manually collect and consolidate financial data from multiple systems that lack direct integration to complete bank reconciliations in the absence of aging reports
- Identify gaps in existing accounting workflows and support the implementation of process improvements Requirements
- 5+ years of accounting experience, with demonstrated expertise in AR/AP and bank reconciliations
- Proven ability to work independently with disconnected data sources and incomplete reporting infrastructure
- Strong attention to detail and comfort navigating ambiguity
- Experience with process documentation and/or process improvement initiatives

Pay Transparency Notice Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco by Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to: the individual's skill sets, experience and training;
