Job Description

Job DescriptionJob Description Position Summary We are seeking a Staff Accountant to support day-to-day accounting operations and month-end close activities. This role is well-suited for early-career through experienced accounting professionals, with responsibilities and scope adjusted based on experience level. The Staff Accountant will collaborate closely with the Accounting and Finance teams to ensure accurate financial records, timely reporting, and compliance with accounting standards. Key Responsibilities Prepare and post journal entries and support month-end and year-end close activities Perform general ledger account analysis and balance sheet reconciliations Assist with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll functions Support the preparation of financial statements and internal reports Assist with audit support, tax filings, and regulatory reporting as needed Research and resolve accounting discrepancies and respond to internal inquirie Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience) 1+ years of accounting experience welcomed Understanding of general ledger accounting and basic GAAP principles Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and accounting or ERP systems Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment Clear written and verbal communication skills Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401k retirement account
Pay Details:
