Back To Results Staff Accountant & SR Accountant Job Description Need Senior & Staff Accountant - Manufacturing (Onsite) We are searching for a detail-oriented, analytical Staff Accountant to join our growing team. Reporting directly to our Accounting Manager, in this role, you will assist with preparing balance sheets, profit and loss statements, account reconciliations, audit, and other financial reports.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Perform general accounting and other related duties for the organization. Prepare monthly balance sheets, income statements, and profit and loss statements. Maintains the general ledger. Code invoices, set up new accounts, reconcile accounts, and close the monthly books. Reconcile bank accounts, verifies deposits, and addresses inquiries from banks. Provide outside auditors with assistance; gathers necessary account information and documents to perform annual audit. Coordinate with software vendor to maintain accounting software systems; recommends updates to enhance the accounting software. Maintain knowledge of acceptable accounting practices and procedures. EXPERIENCE

Bachelor's degree in accounting, or related field, required. 3+ years of experience required. Proficient in MS Excel with experience in financial ERP systems (Oracle, Hyperion, Business Intelligence.) Prior experience in consolidation, multicurrency reporting, fixed assets, sales/used tax, and intercompany processes is a plus. Base salary 70k-80k plus bonus and Excellent Benefits.
