Grand Rapids, MN Specialty Pharmacy setting

Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM Possible rotating weekends

Responsibilities:

Dispense medications and counsel patients in a retail pharmacy environment Manage long-term care pharmacy services, ensuring proper medication management for residents Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient therapy Maintain compliance with pharmacy laws and regulations Provide immunizations and support wellness initiatives as required

Qualifications:

Current Minnesota Pharmacist License Certified Immunizer CPR Certification PharmD degree or MTM certification preferred Strong communication and organizational skills to handle diverse pharmacy duties This is a contract position that offers a stable schedule with the chance to work in both retail and long-term care settings.
