Staffing Branch Manager

Job Overview Labor Finders of Tennessee is looking to add a dynamic leader to our team. Our Branch Mangers can earn an excellent commission, in addition to a base salary by generating new business through outside sales and expanding relationships with our current and prospective clients. We are looking for an individual to lead the team and to perform the following duties:

• Visit multiple sites to sell and service both new and existing customers.
• Develop and expand relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Identify staffing needs and other opportunities by conducting sales calls and follow-up with existing customers.
• Oversee and manage branch Billing, Accounts Receivables and Collections as outlined in the company credit and collections policy.
• Manage the processes of recruiting, worker dispatch, payroll and customer invoicing, assisting the assistant manager as necessary.
• Manage quotes and proposals.
• Dealing with client and employee relations and resolutions as they arise.
• Create and manage job postings.

Basic Requirements:

• Self-Motivated
• People Person
• Possess a current valid driver's license, auto insurance and reliable transportation.
• Pass a Pre-employment background check.
• Authorized to work in the US (E-Verify)
