In this vital role, you will coordinate staffing schedules, facilitate the recruitment and onboarding of Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), and ensure seamless communication between staff, management, and clients. Duties Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies using HR sourcing tools and social media management platforms. Screen, interview, and evaluate CNA candidates, ensuring they meet licensing requirements and possess strong communication skills. Maintain compliance with employment & labor law regulations while handling contracts, employee relations, and HRIS data entry with tools like COVR Support internal recruiting efforts by conducting research on industry trends and leveraging platforms like Salesforce or Kronos for workforce management. Skills Current, valid CNA Certificate. Strong negotiation skills to effectively communicate job expectations and employment terms. Excellent interviewing skills combined with the ability to assess candidate qualifications accurately. Knowledge of employment & labor law to ensure compliance in all hiring practices. Exceptional communication skills for engaging candidates, team members, and leadership across multiple channels. Ability to research industry best practices and implement innovative talent acquisition strategies. Experience with social media management for recruitment campaigns and brand promotion.
