Senior Accountant /
Staff Accountant Salary:
$60,000–$100,000 (based on level)

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform month-end close activities including journal entries, reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance
  • Prepare financial statements, variance analysis, and management reporting packages for both U.S. and international leadership
  • Support external audit processes and maintain SOX/internal control compliance documentation
  • Assist with annual budgeting process and financial forecasting activities
  • Support inventory accounting, annual inventory analysis, and cost-related reporting
  • Provide backup support for payroll and assist with cross-functional accounting tasks as needed
  • Work closely with international teams to ensure accurate reporting and alignment with parent company requirements
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
  • 0–5+ years of accounting experience depending on level (Staff or Senior)
  • Manufacturing experience strongly preferred
  • Strong Excel skills and comfort working with large data sets
