Need Valid Drivers License Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated Stand Up Forklift Operator to join our dynamic warehouse team. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently operating a stand-up forklift to load, unload, and transport materials within the warehouse. Your expertise will ensure safe and accurate handling of goods, supporting overall warehouse operations, shipping and receiving processes, and inventory management. The ideal candidate will possess strong warehouse experience, mechanical knowledge, and a commitment to safety standards to contribute effectively to our logistics team. Duties Operate stand-up forklifts safely and efficiently to load, unload, and move materials throughout the warehouse. Utilize RF scanners and warehouse management systems to accurately pick orders and update inventory records. Perform heavy lifting tasks with pallet jacks, clamp trucks, or other heavy equipment as required. Assist with order picking processes, ensuring accuracy in picker tasks and order fulfillment. Load and unload shipments using appropriate equipment such as crane attachments or clamp trucks. Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to OSHA safety regulations. Support shipping and receiving operations by verifying incoming and outgoing goods. Conduct routine inspections of heavy equipment to ensure mechanical integrity and report any issues. Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to optimize storage solutions and improve workflow efficiency. Skills Needs Clean Background Check and good work history. 3 years of Stand-up forklift experience !!! Proven experience in warehouse distribution, materials handling, or related fields. Proficiency in operating forklifts, pallet jacks, clamp trucks, cranes, and other heavy equipment. Strong knowledge of OSHA safety standards related to warehouse operations. Mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot basic equipment issues. Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanners for order picking. Experience in construction or heavy machinery operation is a plus. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently over extended periods. Good understanding of shipping & receiving procedures and inventory control processes. Effective communication skills for coordinating with team members and supervisors.
