Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced Structural Steel Detailer proficient in Tekla Structures to lead the modeling and detailing of structural steel projects from kickoff through final drawings. This role requires strong knowledge of fabrication and erection practices, the ability to coordinate with project stakeholders, and the capability to produce complete, accurate shop packages with minimal supervision.

What You'll Be Doing:

Lead project detailing in Tekla from contract documents through final approval Build and maintain 3D models and produce shop drawings, erection drawings, and deliverable packages Create accurate material reports, ABM/CNC exports, and fabrication outputs Coordinate with engineers, GCs, and internal teams to resolve RFIs, conflicts, and revisions Review drawings for constructability, fit-up, and fabrication efficiency Mentor or guide junior detailers as needed and support workload planning Support fabrication and field crews with clarifications and issue resolution What makes you a great fit: 3+ years structural steel detailing experience (Tekla) Proven ability to run projects independently and meet production schedules Strong understanding of
