Work with a leading specialist in the pharmaceutical industry; high-cleanliness environment; opportunity to work with advanced electropolishing technology. What You'll Do Perform expert-level grinding, polishing, and buffing on stainless steel parts, specifically focusing on complex radii, contours, and deep recesses. Utilize hand and pneumatic tools to achieve specific pharmaceutical and food-grade surface requirements. Independently select the correct abrasives, methods, and dressing tools based on the unique geometry of each component. Execute electropolishing and electroplating tasks to chemically improve surface quality and meet customer specifications. Visually and physically inspect all finished pieces for defects, ensuring 100% consistency and adherence to technical drawings. What You'll Bring Extensive hands-on experience in grinding and polishing stainless steel to sanitary or medical-grade standards. Prior experience with electroplating or electropolishing processes is highly preferred. The ability to read and interpret complex blueprints, technical drawings, and finishing specifications. An expert ability to identify even the smallest surface inconsistencies and the dedication to correct them. Ability to lift and move components weighing up to 50 lbs and work comfortably with pneumatic hand tools.
