Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Sterile Processing Tech Supervisor to oversee the decontamination, cleaning, assembly, sterilization, and distribution of surgical instruments and medical equipment while ensuring patient safety and compliance with hospital standards. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, technical expertise in sterilization processes, and experience managing workflow and staff within a sterile processing department.

Core Responsibilities:

✔ Staff and workflow management ✔ Oversee quality control procedures and sterilization testing ✔ Train and mentor sterile processing staff ✔ Ensure compliance with JC, OSHA, CDC, and AAMI standards ✔ Instrument and equipment management ✔ Collaborate with hospital departments and surgical teams ✔ Maintain infection control and patient safety standards

Requirements:

✔ Active CRCST Certification Required ✔ AHA BLS Certification Required ✔ Minimum 2-3 years of Sterile Processing experience ✔ Minimum 1 year of leadership/supervisory experience required ✔ Strong knowledge of sterilization techniques and infection control ✔ Experience with automated sterilization systems preferred ✔ Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills ✔

High School Diploma or GED Required Pay:

$25.00•$27.00 per hour
