What You'll Need:

A MINIMUM

of 1 year of professional caregiving experience (within the last 2 years) OR an active

CNA, STNA, MA, ISP.

✔ Valid driver's license, CAR INSURANCE, & reliable transportation ✔ Willing to commute up to 25 miles from your listed address ✔ A caring heart and a dependable work ethic

Skills Needed:

Proven experience in home health, assisted living, nursing homes, or group home settings with a minimum of one year required. Knowledge of patient care procedures including vital signs measurement, medication administration, and dementia or Alzheimer's care. Familiarity with HIPAA regulations to ensure confidentiality and privacy of client information. Ability to work with individuals with developmental disabilities, autism, or memory-related conditions such as dementia or Alzheimer's disease. Strong skills in patient observation, monitoring, and responding appropriately to changing needs. Competence in basic caregiving tasks such as cooking, cleaning, and assisting with ADLs. Physical ability for lifting up to 50 lbs when necessary and working within the scope of home & community care standards. Ready to Love Where You Work?
