We are a small, community-oriented feed store in Maple Plain, MN, committed to delivering top-notch service to our customers. We're currently looking for a reliable, motivated, and hardworking individual to join our team as a Part-Time Stock Associate .

Key Responsibilities:

Provide excellent customer service by loading feed and merchandise into customer vehicles. Receive incoming shipments, unload trucks, and stock inventory using equipment such as hand dollies, forklifts, and pallet jacks. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment. Manage stock rotation and care for seasonal plants. Perform light maintenance duties around the building and grounds. Pull retail and commercial orders daily and ensure they're ready for customers. Assist with shipping, including assembling, addressing, and stamping orders. Participate in inventory audits. Take on special tasks and projects as needed.

Skills & Competencies:

Strong multitasking, prioritization, and organizational skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail. Able to accurately pull orders by reading loading tickets. Excellent verbal and written communication. Exceptional customer service skills and a willingness to go the extra mile. Team player with a positive attitude.

Qualifications:

Must be 18 years or older to operate heavy equipment (forklift, skid loader, etc.). Flexibility to work occasional weekday evenings (3p-7p) and weekends

Physical Requirements:

Frequent bending, kneeling, and stooping. Occasional carrying, moving, and positioning of objects up to 60 pounds. Ongoing communication with team members and customers. Ability to lift up to 60 pounds and stand or walk for extended periods (up to 8 hours).
