Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Stocker and Janitorial Associate, where your energy and attention to detail will keep our warehouse and retail environment organized, clean, and efficient. In this vital role, you will be responsible for stocking shelves, managing inventory, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting overall store operations. Your proactive approach will ensure a welcoming shopping experience for customers while supporting the smooth flow of goods through inventory control and sanitation practices. Responsibilities Stock shelves accurately using inventory management systems and RF scanners to ensure product availability and proper placement. Load and unload shipments efficiently with equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts, adhering to safety protocols. Maintain organized storage areas by implementing effective merchandising and inventory control techniques. Conduct regular cleaning routines to uphold cleanliness standards in both storage areas and customer-facing spaces. Assist with shipping and receiving tasks, including verifying shipments, packing products, and updating inventory records. Support retail sales by replenishing produce, grocery items, or other merchandise as needed while providing excellent customer service. Operate warehouse equipment safely and responsibly while following all safety guidelines to prevent accidents or injuries. Skills Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage inventory accurately using warehouse management systems. Experience operating RF scanners, pallet jacks, forklifts, and other warehouse equipment. Knowledge of inventory management principles, shipping & receiving procedures, and merchandising techniques. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during stocking or cleaning tasks. Excellent communication skills combined with organizational skills to coordinate tasks seamlessly. Previous warehouse experience or retail store background preferred; familiarity with grocery store operations is advantageous. Capable of performing routine maintenance tasks related to cleaning, packaging, or minor repairs as needed.
