The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and comfortable working with numbers and reports. Previous retail, bookkeeping, or auditing experience is preferred. This position plays a key role in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting daily store operations across multiple locations. Responsibilities Review and audit daily store paperwork, reports, and transactions Verify daily cash deposits and investigate discrepancies Monitor compliance with company cash-handling and operational procedures Maintain accurate financial and audit records Communicate with store managers regarding missing or incorrect documentation Assist with inventory and sales reconciliation as needed Prepare audit summaries and reports for management Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Previous experience in retail, bookkeeping, auditing, or accounting preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to handle confidential financial information responsibly Basic computer and spreadsheet proficiency Strong communication and problem-solving abilities Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
