Duties Assist with stocking shelves, organizing merchandise, and maintaining a clean store environment to enhance visual appeal and safety. Support inventory management activities including inventory control, stock replenishment, and accurate pricing using POS (Point of Sale) systems. Help implement planograms and visual design standards to ensure attractive product displays aligned with branding strategies. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, guiding shoppers, and supporting sales initiatives to meet retail goals. Participate in remodeling or interior design projects by preparing spaces, managing supplies, and coordinating with team members for smooth execution. Support store management with administrative tasks such as cash handling, cashiering, record keeping, and scheduling. Contribute to merchandising efforts by setting up promotional displays and ensuring products are correctly labeled and organized. Help customers with diagnosing issues, selling customers parts, and providing technical service. Skills Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills; multilingual abilities are a plus for engaging diverse customer bases. Experience in retail sales, customer service, pricing strategies, and sales techniques to drive revenue growth. Experience in Technical work and an ability to learn new mechanical skills. Familiarity with POS systems, inventory management software, retail math, cash handling procedures, and administrative tasks. Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization.
