Job Description

We are looking for someone to be the face of Sandlot in Midland. We are a collaboration of over 35 people, but we need someone who wants to be the definition of what Sandlot is to all of the customers of our Midland location. When the general public thinks of Sandlot they are going to think of you. We need someone with a passion for helping customers.
Reports To:
Sales Manager Seat Purpose:
To serve as the main point of contact between customers and the company, ensuring accurate order entry, clear communication, and timely follow-through. This role ensures customers feel informed, valued, and supported from quote to order completion, while maintaining smooth communication with production and leadership. ____________________________________________________________________________________ Key Responsibilities (Owns) 1. Customer communication through acting as the liaison between customers and the company by answering inquires, providing updates, addressing concerns, and verifying customer knows order is ready to pickup; ensuring all are done with professionalism and empathy. 2. Order entry and accuracy by entering all order details into Shopworks accurately, ensuring all product specs, costs, and timelines are correct. 3. Quoting and proposals by preparing and delivering timely, accurate quotes and proposals for prospective orders. 4. Storefront support by maintaining cleanliness and organization of all areas of each retail location. 5. Financial support buy assisting in collections, handling payments, and maintaining accuracy in customer setup and billing. ____________________________________________________________________________________ Measurable (Scorecard/KPI)
