Store Manager

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to oversee our retail operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales to meet and exceed targets.

Duties:

• Manage day-to-day store operations, including sales, inventory control, and staff supervision
• Recruit, train, and motivate employees to deliver exceptional customer service
• Implement strategies to maximize store profitability
• Maintain proper stock levels and oversee merchandising activities
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
• Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to drive business growth
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Experience:

• Proven experience in retail management with a focus on recruiting, inventory control, sales management, and store operations
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Proficiency in math for handling financial transactions and analyzing sales data
• Knowledge of stock management practices to optimize inventory levels
• Excellent phone etiquette for effective communication with customers and staff
• Bilingual proficiency is a plus
