Marketing & Advertising Sales Representative (Full-Time) 307 Media LLC - Torrington, WY, Wheatland, WY, Guernsey, WY 307 Media LLC, a locally owned company representing five community newspapers serving Goshen, Platte and Niobrara County in eastern Wyoming, is seeking a motivated full-time Marketing & Advertising Sales Representative to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, supporting local businesses, and helping our community grow through effective advertising and marketing solutions. About Us The Torrington Telegram, Platte County Record-Times and Guernsey Gazette are trusted sources of local news, sports and community information for generations. We work closely with local businesses, organizations, and readers to keep Goshen and Platte County informed and connected. Position Overview The Marketing & Advertising Sales Representative is responsible for selling print and digital advertising, developing relationships with local businesses, and helping clients create effective marketing strategies that reach our readership. Responsibilities Sell print and digital advertising for the Torrington Telegram, Platte County Record-Times and Guernsey Gazette Build and maintain strong relationships with local businesses and organizations Prospect new advertising clients and grow existing accounts Develop customized advertising and marketing solutions based on client needs Meet sales goals and deadlines Collaborate with editorial and design staff to ensure ads are accurate and effective Represent the newspaper professionally within the community Qualifications Sales, marketing, or customer service experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated and organized with strong time-management skills Comfortable working independently and meeting deadlines Basic computer skills; familiarity with digital advertising is a plus Knowledge of the local community and businesses is highly valued Compensation & Benefits Base salary: $41,600/per year Performance-based bonus structure Full-time position Supportive, community-focused work environment Training and ongoing support How to Apply Interested applicants should submit a resume and brief cover letter explaining why they would be a good fit for a community newspaper sales role.
