About the Role We're looking for a driven and people-first Store Manager to lead store operations, build high-performing teams, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. This role owns the full business-from sales and staffing to inventory and visual execution-while serving as the face of the brand in the community. What You'll Do Lead all aspects of store operations, including sales, staffing, scheduling, and inventory management Drive revenue by executing sales strategies, promotions, and performance goals Build, coach, and develop a high-performing team focused on results and customer experience Create a culture of accountability, recognition, and continuous growth Ensure strong merchandising and visual standards aligned with brand expectations Analyze sales trends, KPIs, and store performance to identify opportunities and drive results Recruit, interview, and onboard top talent to support business needs Deliver a best-in-class customer experience that builds loyalty and repeat business Maintain operational excellence, including cash handling, compliance, and asset protection What We're Looking For 2+ years of retail management experience (Store Manager or high-volume Assistant Manager) Proven ability to lead teams and drive sales results Strong business acumen with experience managing KPIs, payroll, and inventory Passion for customer service, team development, and retail leadership Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills Why Join Us Leadership opportunity with real impact on store performance Competitive pay + monthly bonus potential Career growth with a promote-from-within culture Employee discount on top brands A team environment built on energy, accountability, and communitySimilar remote jobs
