The Impact You'll Make Danfoss Power Solutions is seeking a results-oriented Strategic Buyer to join our dynamic Global Procurement & Supply Chain team in Easley, SC. In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping our supplier relationships and driving the procurement agenda within a global matrix organization. This position will require being onsite at our Easley, SC location 4 days per week.

What You'll Be Doing Lead Supplier Relationships :

Drive capacity management, delivery performance, and long-term supplier development.

Strategic Sourcing:

Handle supplier contracts, conduct price negotiations, and perform benchmarking activities to ensure competitive advantages.

Project Management:

Coordinate ramp-up and ramp-down activities for new projects and lead intiatives focused on cost reduction, quality, and delivery improvement.

Process Improvement :

Manage supplier change requests and establish Logistic Service Level Agreeements with key suppliers.

Collaboration :

Seve as the vital link between our internal supply chain functions and external suppliers, ensuring alignment and achieving shared goals. What We're Looking For A bachelor's degree combined with experience in procurement, supply chain, or logistics. A minimum of 3 years' experience in procurement, supply chain, or logistics. Proven strength in negotiation, networking, and analytical problem-solving. A proactive and self-driven mindset with a track record of delivering results. Excellent communication skills and the ability to navigate and find compromises between conflicting interests.
