Aug 19, 2026 Job Description Slate Valley Unified School District is seeking a skilled individual who has a passion for supporting students socially, emotionally and behaviorally.

Position Objectives:

Support the implementation of school-wide, classroom, and individual behavioral expectations across all environments. Facilitate and support student problem solving, conflict resolution, restorative practices, community service, restitution, and student-to-student mediation. Be familiar with functions of behavior, the implementation of behavior support plans, and be able to navigate the behavioral data within our Educlimber system. Work collaboratively with Social Emotional Interventionists, 504 & EST Coordinators to develop and implement proactive support plans for students needing instruction and reinforcement with self-regulation and social skills. Bachelor's Degree preferred, with experience in de-escalation skills, restorative and trauma-informed practices. Salary range is $20.62 - $27.40, based on experience.
