Club Studio is comprised of five innovative boutique fitness studios that were carefully curated to create a unique member experience, along with plenty of free weights, strength and cardio areas, Olympic size swimming pool, functional and personal training area, full-size basketball court, locker rooms, and babysitting services. This is where your unlimited boutique studio classes and your state-of-the-art gym have collided. Fitness in a class of its own.

JOB DESCRIPTION

STUDIO

COORDINATOR

The Club Studio coordinator is a dynamic individual with previous boutique fitness management and hiring experience. The ideal candidate can recruit, ramp-up and head continued development of our studio concepts. (Strength, Yoga, Pilates, Cycle, Boxing.) You are ideally a master teacher at one of these modalities and are the face of Club Studio.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Find, hire, and train top talent Assist in class schedules, playlists, and studio programming Energetic about member retention tasks and milestones Manages all studio concepts, trainers and studio operations Passionate about community outreach and planning in studio events Weekly meetings with the CSVP and Lead Trainers Teach top tier classes in your specialty

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum of 5 years group teaching experience Can work full time , including weekends Experience managing and motivating a team Excellent organizational skills and quick to problem solve Passionate about growing your career in fitness and health with Club Studio
